High Interest in 2nd Turkish Community Art Exhibition in London

The 2nd Turkish Community Art Exhibition, featuring works of art by Turkish artists living in England, has been brought to the taste of art lovers at London Yunus Emre Institute.

The opening ceremony of the exhibition, organized by the Turkish embassy in London and Yunus Emre Institute's London branch, drew huge crowd of art lovers as well. The event was attended by Consul General Çınar Ergin, Counselor Sezin Yeşildağ and Ahenk Dereli as well as many guests.

The exhibition aims to provide opportunity for amateur or professional Turkish art lovers living in the United Kingdom to put their works on display and come together as well as to foster the exchange of experience.

The first exhibition had received a great deal of attention and the second one was being waited anxiously by many. The exhibition showcases classical and modern paintings, sculptures, ceramic works, oil painting, charcoal painting, marbling and gilding works.

The exhibition will be open to visitors until Monday, February 17.
